Renewal Deadlines

Licenses that were not renewed prior to 2/1/19, must complete a new paper application.  Please see Forms & Requirements on our website for applications.

Initial renewal deadline – November 01^st (Guaranteed license by January 01^st)

Final renewal deadline – December 31^st – $100.00 late fee will be applied

February 01^st – renewals received after this date must submit paper applications, initial requirements and $100.00 late fee
