Baton Rouge, LA – The Louisiana Used Motor Vehicle Commission (LUMVC) held an Administrative Hearing on February 18, 2013, on TESHIA DEEN DBA REAL DEAL MOTORSPORTS located at 203 East Willow, Lafayette, LA 70502. It was assessed that all owners and salespersons of TESHIA DEEN DBA REAL DEAL MOTORSPORTS cease and desist from operating a used motor vehicle dealership or otherwise practicing in the business of buying, selling or offering for to sell used motor vehicles in the State of Louisiana unless TESHIA DEEN DBA REAL DEAL MOTORSPORTS obtains all applicable licenses from the Louisiana Used Motor Vehicle Commission. All 2013 license applications for TESHIA DEEN DBA REAL DEAL MOTORSPORTS and for any related licenses are hereby referred to the Executive Director who shall determine whether all requirements of licensure have been met.
